Who we are

The short version

Our games send us anonymous information about how the game is played, so we can make it more fun and fix problems. We don't collect anything that tells us who you are.

What we collect

• What happens in the game: when a session starts and ends, which levels or runs are played and how they end, tutorial steps, what is bought with in-game currency, and whether a video ad offered in the game was watched.
• How the game runs: loading time, frame rate and error messages.
• General device information: touch screen or mouse, portrait or landscape, the browser's language and time zone.
• A random code created each time the game starts, so events from one session can be grouped. It is new every time and is not linked to you.
• On your own device, in the browser's local storage: how many times the game has been played there and how many days ago it was first played. Only these two numbers are sent to us.

What we don't collect

• No names, email addresses, accounts, passwords, photos, voice or chat.
• No precise location. We don't store IP addresses: our server sees one while receiving data, uses it only to block abuse, and does not save it.
• No cookies, advertising IDs, fingerprinting or third-party trackers.

Why

To learn which parts of our games work, which are too hard or confusing, and where the game has bugs or runs slowly. We don't sell or share this information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Children

Our games are for players of all ages. Because we don't collect personal information, nothing we receive identifies a player, including children.

How long we keep it

Detailed game events are deleted after 90 days. We may keep anonymous totals, such as how many games were played on a day.

Where it is stored

On our own server in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg).

The website you play on

The site where you play (for example Poki or CrazyGames) has its own privacy policy for its website, accounts and ads. This policy covers only the information our games send to us.

Your choices
